Content
Words that earn their place on your site.
Website copy included with every build. Monthly blog posts from $200/month.
Most small business websites fail for one reason: the writing. The design is fine. The colors work. But the words read like they were written by committee, copied from a competitor, or worse, generated by a chatbot in thirty seconds.
Good content sounds like a human who knows your business. It tells visitors what you do, why it matters, and why they should pick you over the four other tabs they have open. It also gives Google something worth ranking.
That’s the work.
What we write
Website copy
Included with every website build. Home page, services, about, contact, and any supporting pages — written by me (or a writer on my team I personally edit), based on conversations with you about your business, customers, and voice.
Monthly blog posts
$200/month for one post. A professionally written, SEO-optimized blog post each month, planned around topics your customers actually search for. Includes research, writing, light editing back-and-forth, on-page optimization, and publishing.
Need more than one per month? Multi-post plans available — just ask.
Standalone copywriting projects
Rewriting an existing site, landing page copy for a campaign, service descriptions, email sequences. Priced per project based on scope.
Why monthly blog content matters
Blogging isn’t about being a “thought leader.” For small businesses, it’s about three practical things:
- Getting found. Each post is a new doorway into your site from search. A site with 30 blog posts has 30 more chances to rank than a site with none.
- Showing expertise. When a potential customer reads three posts answering questions they actually had, they trust you before they even call.
- Feeding the rest of your marketing. Posts become email content, social posts, and reference material for sales conversations.
One post a month isn’t a fire hose. But over a year, that’s twelve doorways into your site you didn’t have before; each one working 24/7.

How blog content works
- Quarterly topic planning. We agree on themes and topics tied to your business goals
- Research and draft. Real research, not regurgitated AI summaries.
- You review. One round of feedback included.
- Edit and publish. I handle on-page SEO and publishing to your site.
- Repeat. Steady, monthly cadence
Best for
- Businesses launching a new website that want copy done right the first time
- Existing sites with weak, outdated, or off-brand copy
- Businesses that know they should be blogging but never actually do it
- Owners who’d rather pay $200/month than spend Sunday afternoons trying to write
Not the right fit for
- Anyone wanting 10 AI-generated posts a week for $50
- Businesses needing technical or industry-specific writing requiring deep subject-matter expertise (medical, legal, financial. I can help, but you’ll need to be heavily involved in research)
- One-off “write me a single blog post” requests under $200
Questions You Might Have
Will the writing actually sound like my business?
Yes! That’s the whole point. Before I write anything, we talk through your voice, your customers, and what you’d never want your business to sound like. Drafts come to you for feedback. We adjust until it sounds right.
How do you pick blog topics?
A mix of (a) what your customers are searching for, (b) questions you get asked repeatedly, and (c) topics that support your SEO strategy. Nothing random
What if I want to pause monthly blogging?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. No long contracts. (But understand that pausing means losing momentum; Google rewards consistency.)
Do you write for industries you don't know?
I’ll tell you on the call if your industry is one I can write for confidently, or whether you’d be better served by a specialist.
